As a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist and a Licensed Educational Psychologist, I have gained valuable experience working in various settings. My expertise includes working with at-risk youth, severe psychiatric diagnoses, and special education. With my well-rounded background, I am confident in my ability to provide effective therapy and educational services to those in need.
Areas of Expertise
As a professional in the field of mental health, I have extensive experience working with individuals of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. Additionally, I have experience in special education and assessing individuals with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, emotional disturbance (ED). I am committed to providing compassionate and effective care to all of my clients.
I strongly believe that therapy is a collaborative effort between the therapist and the client. It is only through working together that we can help client achieve the growth and progress they desire, and ultimately reach a better place in their life. I am committed to building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients and providing them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
